 The Rwizi Feedback Application is an environmental platform designed to assist communities and conservation representatives in addressing challenges through incident reporting, verification, and action planning. Community members can report issues such as poaching, deforestation, pollution, wildlife sightings, and natural disasters via a GPS-enabled application available in both local and English languages. Features such as anonymous reporting, real-time updates, and notifications enhance participation. Area Representatives verify reports on-site, add notes, evidence, and tags prior to escalating them to regional management. Regional representatives review reports, assign tasks, develop action plans, and monitor progress utilizing analytics on incident patterns and trends, as well as generate reports. The administrative panel manages users, reports, and alerts for intervention. The system aims to improve response times, facilitate data-driven decision-making, foster community engagement and awareness.
